Object Alt Text Source: Decorative Image

For accessibility, I'm wondering if there is any actual purpose to selecting "Decorative Image (no Alt Text)" in the Obejct Export Options.

When I select Decorative Image as the Alt Text, the image still exports as a tagged image and is not artifacted. When I tag the image as an Artifact in the Object Export Options, it is correctly artifacted, rendering any "Alt Text" as meaningless, as far as I can tell.

Since you have to still go to Tagged PDF and select Artifact, is there any reason to also select Decorative Image as the Alt Text?
