Hi,
Is there any way to give offset to the text box?
Text and text box are too tight.

For such questions, it is usually better to select the text frame and show the Layers panel (unfolded) before taking the screenshot.
This is not a text frame with two columns? That's two concatenated text frames, right?
Do you use styles?
The manual method would be to click on the right text frame with the selection tool [V] and drag the lower middle handle a little further down.
Have you already tried the text frame options?
Select the text frame and press [Ctrl]+[B] (or choose it from menu: Object)
Use Text Frame Options (Object > Text Frame Options or Cmd+B / Ctrl+B). Add inset spacing on the top and bottom to give padding to your text frame.
