While online publishing Indesign acts as if the upload was succesfull but it doesn't show in the dashboard and the link claimes: 'document not found', 1 hour with Adobe support,  and still didn't work.
But I fixed it!

Export all pages as .png files
Make a new document, import all .png files ont different pages
Publish Online and check if it's showing in your dashboard
Open your original indesign document > publish online > overwrite the previous online publish > DONE!

It seems Indesign is having (random) issues making the uploadlink together with the document, but if I overwrite an existing publish it has no issues what so ever.

Hope this helps someone, so we don't all have to endure (7!) hours of frustration 😉
