overlap text with chrome browser adobe plugin

we have a form with textbox export from indesign to interactive pdf

we put this pdf online

client use chrome with adobe plugin to open this pdf, fill the info and then save the pdf to the computer

and email the file to us

 

we open pdf using adobe products and textboxs show overlapping text.  see attached file as an example.

 

only happen to chrome

firefox and edge browser have no issue.

 

what can we do to prevent this in chrome?

The only program that can view all flairs of PDFs is Acrobat (Pro). All other PDF viewer fail in the one or other form. Use Acrobat for solving this problem.

with more testings, this happen to all browsers using the adobe plugin.

The forms are being filled out by regular users and they are NOT going to pay for Acrobat Pro.  

 

Anyone has any solutions?

BTW, I'll tell you what I tell everyone else who complains about forms in a browser...stop using PDF and create a proper form on your website or use a Google Form.
