When sharing an InDesign document, is there a way to simply notate a page that it has been proofread or edited?  That is so everyone on the team knows what has been done.  Thanks.

One idea:

Pages in the Pages panel can be color-coded to indicate status

Another idea: 

Make a "Notes" layer (set to non-printing) where you can write visible messages.

I recently used a right-hand slug area of 2 inches, with a text frame laid in, to make notes on each page as I modified it. Trivial to add notes to, and, placed on a layer of its own, easily turned on and off or deleted.

 

The color label notion is probably the technical-best for flagging pages as either complete or needing attention. I wonder if key assignments can be used with those? [ETA: can't find any hooks. Possibly with scripting...]
