Thanks for sharing the screenshot!
It looks like you're working in Facing Pages mode, but your page 234 is currently appearing on its own, most likely because it's set as a single page in the Pages panel. To get two pages next to each other, could you try this and update:
In the Pages panel, right-click on page 234 and choose "Allow Selected Spread to Shuffle" (make sure it's unchecked). Then, drag page 235 next to it until you see the vertical black line indicating they will
