Paragraph window not all showing in Adobe InDesign

Is anyone else having this problem with the Paragraph window not all showing in Adobe InDesign. The Character one is all fine.

You should be able to select it via the Window menu, if not reset the InDesign Settings.

The problem wasn't opening the paragraph window itself, it's when it is open, you can't scroll up higher than in my screenshot to be able to amend anything in the window. I have reset InDesign settings and that seems to have fixed it, thanks

As mentioned already, reset your preferences is the usual step to take when you see any kind of issue with a panel.
