¿Por qué pasó esto? ¿Why is this happening? HELP/AYUDA

Estaba trabajando en las últimas páginas  cuando subí encontre las otras páginas así, no puedo hacer nada.

Ya intenté cerrar y abrir indesign, le cambie el nombre al archivo, reinicié el computador y sigue apareciendo.

Cuando exporto el archivo, son sólo páginas en blanco.

Ayuda por favor.

I was working on the last pages when I found the other pages like that, I can not do anything. I already tried to close and open the design, change the name of the file, restart the computer and keep appearing.

When i export the book, appear only white pages.

Please help.

the document seems to be damaged.

Try to export to IDML exchange format, open the IDML file as new document and save with a new name.

Hi Vicente,

Sorry about this issue. If this is happening with this particular file we can take a look and see if the file can be repaired. Please email your InDesign file to corrupt_indesign_docs@adobe.com and we will take a look at the document.

If the file is larger than 10 Mb, you can zip (and password protect) the file and upload to Creative Cloud account (or Dropbox) and send us the document link.

I must also inform that file recovery can't be guaranteed with a 100% success. We'll surely try our best.

However I cannot tell why this happened to your document.

Did you try to export to IDML and opened the IDML file as new document?
