Possible to have an "add all" index entry on the second level?

Am trying to create an index entry that is an "add all" through 30 book chapters. It would look like this if I could create it, but I'm not having any luck. Thoughts? Thank you. You all are very helpful.

Common Maryland perennials

     Iris  3, 25, 55, 76, 78

     etc.
