Hi,

It is always important to have back ups of your file.

Do you have a .idml version of the file?

If not, can you see if version 13.0 or the 13.1 (latest) helps to recover your file?

Hi Srishti,

I have emailed a few corrupt files of my own to the above address but not heard anything back?

Could you let me know if they have been received and being dealt with?

Kind regards,

Graeme

We have a service with a fast turn-around to try and Fix Corrupt InDesign files. If Adobe can't help, we can try. Keep in mind, bad files are generally not a problem due to Adobe, but many factors, often Acts of God.
