Since I have a new MacBook Pro with Sonoma 14.3.1 I have problems with some menu's in InDesign. I often cannot complete the menu Text Wrap. Sometimes the menu is complete emtpy and sometime the menu is only not fillable. I have the same problem with the menu Table. Does any have a solution? Restarting does not always work either.

What version of InDesign? Can you provide the version number?
Is there an update to Sonoma - I think it's up at 14.4 now.
Also - before you update everything
Try resetting your preferences:
Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

For the specific problem that you are reporting deleting your InDesign caches will probably do more than deleting preferences. Deleting caches will usually repair interface problems such as you are experiencing.
To delete caches on a Mac:
The User Library folder in which InDesignās cache files are stored is hidden by default on most Macintoshes. To access it make sure that InDesign is closed and click on the desktop to launch a Finder Window (Command-N). With this window in column view follow the path User>Home folder (itās the folder with an icon that looks like a houseāit may have the userās name rather than āHomeā) and click on the Home folder. With the Option Key pressed choose Library from the Finder Go Menu. āLibraryā will now appear within the Home folder. Within the Library folder find the āCachesā folder. Within the Caches folder find and delete the entire folder āAdobe InDesignā. I find that deleting the InDesign cache folder completely leads to a lasting change.
