Program blocked

My program was blocked with no reason. I have the 2019 Indesign. Tonight I inserted some things in my document and the program worked ok. Then, I closed the document and I saved it. Today, when I opened the document, I couldn´t select anything of my document, only the last things I had done tonight. I need help, please!

Have you tried exporting document as IDML? Please share version of the OS & InDesign.
