Publish Online dashboard statistics online does not work on a publication

Hello,

I have a problem with a publication that was published about 4 months ago, when I run the statistics, I get 0 visits, this is not possible because the customers and I have looked at it several times times. It works for the other publication.

What can be done to resolve this problem?

j'ai un souci avec une publication qui a été publié, il y a 4 mois environ, lorsque je lance les statistiques, j'obtiens 0 visite, ce n'est pas possible car les clients et moi-même l'avont regardé plusieurs fois. Cela fonctionne pour les autres publications. Que peut-on faire pour régler ce problème ?

I've seen people fix all sorts of issues with the publish online features by clearing their internet cache

 

I'd try something like
Log out of Creative Cloud online
Go to InDesign and go to Help> and ensure you're logged out
Quit InDesign
Log out of Creative Cloud Desktop

Clear your internet cache

Restart

Login to Creative Cloud desktop
Open InDesign check Help> make sure you're logged in
Then open Creative Cloud online and ensure you're logged in

 

(I'm not really sure why logging out of InDesign might help, could be cached information for being logged in???)

This Publish Online feature is not now available, it has been replaced by Google Analytics.

Dear Derek,
This tool will soon be replaced by Google Analytics (this year 2024) but it is currently still active. (you can read the Adobe message on your dashboard). For now, I only have this problem on one publication.

Indeed, in the future, we will have to integrate a "Google tag"  into our publications. Have a nice evening.
