"Go to Link" keyboard shortcut

Is there a way to create a keyboard shortcut on the links window for go to link, not the button that's already there?

Could someone verify where I can set a shortcut for both "Go To Link" and "Relink..." in the Links panel? I always used shortcuts for these two but suddenly they're not working, so I want to reset them. But I can't find them again?
