Hi all,

please help this troubled analyst:

For some reason when our designer opens a file on her laptop and needs to relink - it does it absolutely fine, we can see the resolution change and this is both when she relinks from the actual file on her computer as well as on CC libraries.

But when I try to do it on my laptop -  I hit the relink button it doesn’t do anything, no resolution change of the images I am trying to fix.

Images sizes are same on both laptops and we both used the files from shared Dropbox.

Thank you so much!

2. Display Performance is set to HQ, that is not the issue

3. I compares file sizes etc. all the same

4. Another colleague has the same issue, when working on doc on any other pc other than the creator's

Check that in your version of InDesign that View>Display Performance is set to High Quality Display.
