Indesign 19.00

macOS 13.2.1 (22D68)

Since i installed the latest version of Indesign the programme opens once or twice with no issues and then stops working all together (as it doesn't even start). I then uninstall, reinstall the software and it works again. This has happended as a cycle and in the last week I have instanlled and uninstalled the software at least 5 times.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

For starters, you have a very old version of Ventura! Earlier versions will definitely NOT work successfully with InDesign 19.0

My version is Ventura 13.6.1.

If that is not sufficient, when installing a major new version, it's often helpful to restore your InDesign preferences and caches. Here's how:
