Wir benötigen schon ein paar sachdienliche Hinweise, um das Problem zu lösen:

  1. Welches Betriebssystem und welche Betriebssystemversion?
  2. Welche InDesign-Version?
  3. Wie wurde InDesign installiert? VIa Installer von Adobe oder via transfer von einer Sicherungskopie oder von einem anderen COmputer?
  4. Konntest Du fürher InDesign öffnen? Wenn jal was hat sich inzwischen geändert?
  5. Kannst Du auf Deinem Computer einen Test-Account anlegen? Wenn ja, teste, ob dort InDesign läuft. Wenn Ja, dann ist in Deinem Personal-Account was verdreht, wenn nein, lliegt die Sache tiefer.
