Remove paragraphs based on styles

I'm trying to delete all of the text (paragraphs) that have a certain Paragraph Style applied to themselves in a story. Would there be an easier way to do this, perhaps a script or GREP? Doing it manually has been too tedious. Please help!

You might provide a little more information (or show a screen capture) about your layout. If text is flowing, deleting text would reflow the text. You don't mean you want to change the paragraph style to a different paragraph style?
