Resizing and placing multiple pdf into InDesign

Ok I have a multiple page pdf  which is 6x9. I need to create a fixed layout epub and mobi file using In Design. I used the multiple pdf script and it imports fine except for two things I need to do.

1. Resize the pdf so it fits in a 8.5 x 11 .indd, if I do not resize there will be too much whitespace.

2. I need to have the imported pages automatically line up with the bleed instead of the left corner.

ZTried to remove the post as I settled on just makinf the dimensions in the .indd the same as the pdf.

If someone has a solution to actually do this I would love to know.

I would expect that you could do your scaling and positioning using the script at Releases · mike-edel/ID-MultiPageImporter · GitHub which is far superior to the one that ships as a sample.
