Review feature doesn't work

You've ommitted a lot of information that would assist us in helping you. What platform? What version of InDesign? I'm assuming you're referring to the Review panel in InDesign? If you're opening the Review panel and nothing is appearing, it could be a Preferences issue. I'd start there by resetting your preferences to see if that resolves the issue. Here are instructions on how to do that.
