Round caps on paragraph rules

Hi! Suspect this isn't possible but thought I'd ask anyway: is there any way to round the caps on paragraph rules in the same as with strokes?

Paragraph rules are not so restrictive as you might think, have a look here for a few examples of what can be done:

Hi MDMuir,

It's possible.

You have to define  a custom stroke style with the Strokes panel first.

Rounded-ParagraphRule.png

Then you could apply it to your paragraph style:
