rows and coloumn

After inserting row , those having differnt than exsisting format.

if i fill colour the strokes are getting changed.

How do you insert rows? 

Do you have TableStyle applied?

Or do you have CellStyles applied locally? 

Can you select whole Table and Clear Overrides - for Table and Cells.
