Scale a text box with cmd and shift does not work?

I used to be able to scale a text box with cmd and shift and the text would scale with the text box

I am using Indesign CC version 15.1.2, and this doesn't happen.  Why?

The same key shortcut is still valid. Is it possible to re-enter the same key shortcut by deleting it?

Can you check it again when you rebuild it from the Keyboard Shortcuts tab in the edit menu?

I don't really know what you mean? Have no idea what to do. But the "cmd and shift" does not work for me
