Script for automated resizing in Indesign

Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a script that would automate the creation of various ad sizes? We have over 50 different ad sizes for each ad we create that we need to resize in various formats. 

For instance, something like this, but native to indesign? (this is only one app, there are many others, I just want to stay in Indesign if possible)

I also could attempt to use/modify an existing script if anyone knows where I could find one to leverage.
Or, some type of stand alone progam that integrates with Indesign.

I also cannot amend my post, so I am ading this:

This is what I am looking for, but a plugin, script, or standalone app that integrates or is native to InDesign. Surely there is some type of script or plugin out there that can do this?

I doubt that such a script exists. It's not exactly trivial. You should probably hire someone to do a script for you.

I can certainly do this as well, but where would I begin to look for such a person?

Ask the question in this forum, there are several regulars here that write scripts for a fee. If any are interested I'm sure they'll write to you in a private message.
