Script to hide specific layers and export to a specific path?

Is there an existing script or a way to hide certain layers in and INDD and export a print ready PDF with crops? Ideally the export could go to a specific folder or directory.

It might be doable - can you give all the details of what it is you need to do?

Hiding labels has come up numerous times in the past, when you do a search they'll come up. And exporting PDF with crop marks, too, has been dealt with a lot. You'll probably find two scripts, just run them one after the other.

Would it always be the same layers? Or based on some condition(s)?

What with the naming of the PDFs?

My ID-Tasker tool can do it easily - but isn't free and PC only.

It could also automatically upload to an FTP server - if you need.
