Searchable Image Database for Design Studio

I work for a design studio (architecture, interior design, graphic design, furniture design) that has a lot of imagery on our drive. We have an Adobe Enterprise account, and I want to create a searchable image database for our team to easily find and use assets. For example: if someone needs an image of a chair, they can search 'chair' and all images with the keyword appear. Similar to Apple Photos or Google Photos.

You'd have to add the metadata to every image but you could use Bridge.
