Share for Review spinning circle of death!

I am going crazy here! The share-for-review option within Indesign just spins and spins all day long and I can not figure out how to get it to work. It used to but for the last few weeks it's not and it is severely affecting my workflow with clients. Can anyone please help?!

Computer specs are Windows 11 with plenty of power and yes CC is fully up to date.

Go to Creative Cloud website - log out

Creative Cloud on your computer - log out

InDesign - Help>Log Out

 

Restart

Login online

Login on CC Desktop

Open InDesign - ensure in Help> that you are logged in.

 

See if it works now

Try resetting your preferences:

Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
