Hello everybody!
I am almost done with my interactive form where customers have to confirm that they are happy with their product.
However, I have added a signature field in InDesign and exported it as an interactive PDF, which works fabulously in Acrobat. Unfortunately, most of my customers probably don't even know what Acrobat is and most likely are opening the PDF on their web browser. As far as I am aware (at least for me) the signature field does not work on web browser, or am I doing something wrong?
Ideally, I'd prefer maybe just adding a box where they can scribble within the box with their mouse somehow, you know like a signature with pen on paper kind of idea... Is there any way of doing that? Might be easier for my customers to interact with the form than trying to understand Digital ID signature stuff, as many of my customers are not really familiar with computers.

You're not doing anything wrong… your audience is. Web browser PDF viewers are generally NOT reliable, especially for interactive PDF files. I recommend putting a notice in there that says "please download and open in Acrobat or Reader," along with a link to get the free Reader app from Adobe).
I've never seen a "scribble box" for PDF, sorry.

If you're just after feed-back, what about having a series of tick boxes (radio buttons, so that only one can be selected).
