Single computer - multiple users Adobe InDesign Cloud license

Folks,

We purchased an Adobe InDesign Cloud license to install on a single computer that is used by multiple users.

How can we set this up so that User A, User B and User C can use the program when logged in?

Is it all tied to the Adobe ID?

Please advise.

One subscription will allow two computers to be log in at the same time under one acount only.

I don’t think that’s what the OP is getting at. The idea is to have more than one user account for one computer. I don’t see where this is a problem since multiple users can access software. In fact, one of the troubleshooting tips is to create a new user account on the machine.

So, in short, using one installation with multiple computer user accounts shouldn’t present a problem.

Bob's right, it shouldn't be a problem at all for several users to use the same copy of Adobe InDesign. Now the flip side of that is that they'll all have to sign in and use the cloud features under the same Adobe ID. If the goal is for each user to have their own Creative Cloud files and libraries, then this setup could only work if each user has their own Adobe ID and subscription.

I have three different users set up on my Mac (production, testing, and one for doing presentations). I have the CC apps installed at the computer level so they're available to all my users. They all use the same Adobe ID, but the app is set up differently for each user. Other items can be set for each user (for instance, custom find/change queries). If you want a different user to be able to log into their user on the machine and launch ID in their environment, that's easy. Cloud items, such as libraries would be the same (since it's the same Adobe ID).
