Some layers does not show up on print?

I've created a document with 2-3 images (EPS) and som text layers and when I print to my local priner at the office som of the layers do not appear on the printed paper. What do I do wrong?

Check the Layer Options for layers that do not print. Each layer can either be printed or not printed:

As Vinny points out, objects can be set to be non-printing in Illustrator. But they can also be set to not print in InDesign (Window > Output > Attributes):

Nope, that's not it, going a little bit crazy over here i Sweden, I have a swedish version of InDesign and all troubleshooters shows help in english (menus) ...  Maybe I'm stuck in exporting to PDF before printing after all

Another possibility: Restore your InDesign preferences:

Trash, Replace, Reset, or Restore the application Preferences

Or fix corruption in the file:

Clean corrupt files by exporting to .IDML or .INX

Well, that's probably the best way to proceed...

It looks more like a problem of data conversion with your printer (does it have a Fiery?) than an INDD bug.

Most local printers handle PDFs much better than any other file type really.

Hi,

Do you see the missing layers when using preview mode?

Any chance that layers may contain white elements that overprint? (check Attributes panel in Illustrator)

Are layers still missing when generating a PDF?
