Student adobe indesign

Good day my Daughter is at north west university in potchefstroom she is supposed to be registered for free usage of the product Adobe in design by the university they use their student number or student email - however the other student's is working hers is not the professor checked her account and what he could see she is Registered but for some reason there is a problem how can we sort this out?!?

Please help urgently I have said she should do the free trial to get her assignment done but she is afraid this is not going to be fine because of her already being registered to be able to have free access to the product

What should we do???

Your daughter may like to return to this friendly forum when the matter is sorted if she has any issues with actually using InDesign she'd like to discuss.

She should also contact the computer department at the University that manages the student licenses.
