Table cell content moving over to the next column automatically

Hi,

I'm working on a checklist type document and I have this type of tables: 

I have a row with a product picture and below a row with the name of the product. Sometimes I'd like to reorganize the products: for example, having Content 4 move over after Content 1. 

Doing this manually is a bit of a pain, is there any form that these objects (text and image) in the rows can just move over automatically to the next column?
