table unit aligment

I have an indesign file along with number and text columns tables. I wanted to align the numbers.

The column text has associated with xml elements, When I check the column string its shows data type as string format because of the xml.

I need to grep only the number except string. Your help should be appreciated.

example grep pattern 8, 8-10, 20, 200 (associated with xml).
