Text and Images Shifted After Reopening Document

Hi!

We are three working on a same document, but not at the same time.

When we opwn the document text and images have moved.

Why is this happening? Any suggestions to how we can avoid this?

Additionally, is this issue happening with just this specific document or with all documents? Are all three of you experiencing this, or is it specific to one person? Also, could you let me know if there's a particular workflow or steps you follow that lead to this issue?

This issue can occur due to several reasons, including differences in software versions or missing fonts and links when the document is opened on different computers. To prevent this, make sure that all users are on the same version of InDesign and that all linked files and fonts are available to everyone working on the document. Packaging the file and sharing the package can also help ensure consistency.
