Text Box Issue

I am having an issue with my text boxes. My text won't fill up to the width of a text box by a large margin. As you can see in my picture that's as small as I can make my text box before the words start going under each other. I have searched everything and can't find a solution. It also occurs with tables as well. Does anyone have any ideas? I can't work until I figure this out.

What version of InDesign and what operating system are you using? Also, could you post a screen shot with the "invisibles" turned on?

Here you go, that is from my document I was working in. I created a new document and it seemed to work fine, so the issue must be in that document I linked. I also can't seem to change the two column guides.

but check the right indent of your paragraph

You're a lifesaver. No idea how that even happened. I haven't had a lot of experience in InDesign so that was probably a nooby mistake haha. Thanks a lot!
