Text Flow Suddenly Disabled

After typing >115 pages into my inDesign document, text flow suddenly stopped functioning. If anyone knows how this happend and how to fix it, I would appreciate hhearing from you. 

This happened to me once before. I had some good support from Adobe via telephone, but cannot reach them now. Support via telphone seems to have been terminated?

It's probably 1 of 2 things.

Either reset your InDesign preferences 

Using a keyboard shortcut:

1. (Windows) Start InDesign, and then immediately press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files. ...
2. (Mac OS) Start InDesign, and then immediately press Shift+Option+Command+Control. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.

Or

Export your file to IDML and reopen and see if it fixes.

1. Choose File > Save As.
2. Choose InDesign Markup (IDML) as the type (Windows) or format (Mac OS) and click Save.
3. Choose File > Export.
