Text split in the table colum InDesign

Hi,  

I am working with the table in InDesign and for some reason in the first column, it splits longer words like in the screenshot. I've been trying to figure it out but nothing seem to work... I will will really appreacite any help with this!  Screen Shot 2024-03-04 at 14.23.58.png

A big cell inset? Or a large right-indent on the paragraph? And is the centre-justification intended?

You mean with split hyphenation?

  • Has the pargraph style the corrext language?
  • In InDesign’s settings is the correct dictionary for the welected language?
  • Which hyphenation settings has your paragraph style?

Uncheck the "hyphenate" option.

Some confusion here. Can you clarify whether the word is hyphenated incorrectly, or whether you expected the word not to hyphenate at all? There seems to be a lot of space to the right of the word, that's why I asked.
