Text tool causing crashes

Every time I try to use my test tool the program is crashing. This has happened several times in a row. Help!!! Almost done with a 68 page publication that needs to get to press ;-(

Have you restarted InDesign? Have you restarted your computer? Have you reset InDesign's Preferences?

I have restarted the program every time it crashes. I have also restarted my computer. I have not changes any of my preferences. I'm starting to think that the file is damaged now ;-(

If it is just this one file, try opening it and resaving it as an IDML. Then reopen the IDML in InDesign. This could fix the issues.
