Text wrap does not work

I have placed a rectangular image to fall between two columns of wrappiing text. The text will not wrap. The object has been brought to the front. The screen shot attached shows the page and the text wrap box.

It  is on the last page of "Sanskrit Article," attached.

You have ticked the “ignore text wrap” in the text frame options.

Yes, hours after I gave up the struggle I thought I might have done that. For some inexplicable reason.

Yes, thanks. I don't know how the text box was selected to ignore the wrap. I keep forgetting to check.
