I have used InDesign--I have CS3 Creative Suite-- for maybe 20 years. I upgraded my old IMAC to High Sierra and it won't let me access those programs. I have purchased Affinity products in place of Adobe now. I have also purchased a 2020 Refurbished 1 terrabite IMAC 27" and don't want to migrate any Adobe products that I cannot use. I have saved my work in pdf files that I want to keep. How do I uninstall Adobe products and will it not delete my pdf files that I want to keep? I can build websites, do design but am "dumb like a rock" when it comes to computer language when install and uninstall. Hard to find an answer anywhere without talking to someone in person. Any answers? Thanks a million in advance. Sissi B

Best thing I can think of is the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool (which I think also removes CS software as well):

You might want to buy an external drive — they are not expensive — and copy both your PDF archives and all of the INDD InDesign files to it. Then you can safely uninstall all of the Adobe-related files and folder.
I suggest the INDD files are worth keeping because while PDF files are not editable and of very limited use except as static "prints" of your projects, the INDD files can be opened, sometime later with a newer edition of InDesign if not with Affinity Publisher now. You may want that editability, at the small cost of archiving those files.
