Using a video on first page in InDesign EPUB

I'm unable to get a video to automatically play on the first page of an epub despite having the control set to play on page load. I do have other navigational elements on the page as well. The autoplay works without issue in preview but once published, the video tries to load and then ONLY plays if I navigate back using a bookmarked button from another page.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Publish Online is NOT ePUB.

Does the «issue» appear in every Browser?
