No problems with exactly the same setup - Monterey 12.5 and InDesign 17.3

Things to try: Does it work with a different file? If it's only one file, you may have corruption. Try saving the file as IDML (File > Save As > InDesign CS4 or Later [IDML]. This may remove corruption and try opening the IDML file into InDesign and try again.

If it happens with more than one file, try restoring your InDesign preferences and caches. Here's how:

It's not clear exactly what feature you're having problems with. Your title says "Review". You list "Publish Online" in your topics. Can you clarify what exactly you're trying do. Also it would help if you tell us a bit more: Please tell us what operating system (exactly) you're running. Please tell us (exactly) what InDesign version you're using.
