very slow export PDF - InDesign

Hi, I'm exporting two pages of an A5 document. The export takes about 2 minutes. 😞 I have a Mac mini M1. Did anyone have a tip for improvement?

The main question is WHAT version of Indesign is in use? and WHAT is in this strange file? (too many and big images???)

The version of InDesign that runs natively with the M1 chip is version 16.3.2. It has been released in some regions and will be released in others within days. (It was delayed twice with necessary bug fixes.) Earlier versions use an "interpreter" which is much slower.
