View all spreads correctly in a PDF made from a Book File Feature Document?

I have a long document organized in the Book File feature, with each chapter as its own document. Can I create a PDF that shows each spread properly? Right now, each chapter in the PDF starts on a single page that is disjointed from the page it should be opposite.

Hard to know what's going on here without some visuals.

When you make your PDF you have the option to pick the viewing method - like single pages or two up facing etc.
