View / Screen Mode / Preview

Within the past week or so, every document I open starts out in this mode: View / Screen Mode / Preview ... instead of the usual Normal view.

Did something change so that the Preview is now the default? How can I change it back? I couldn't find anywhere in the settings or preferences to set Normal as the default again.

Try setting it the way you want with no files open.
