What is the green icon on text frame?

Trying to figure out what the green icon at the top of this text frame means. Anybody know?

The screenshot shows "Link to InData". I'm thinking that maybe InData is installed on your machine and maybe the text frame in question is linked to a database?

I'm guessing that this is from some third-party tool you may be using, such as WordsFlow or DocsFlow or TruEdit or something else like that. I have never seen that in a regular version of InDesign.

It's now 2024, wow but it was linked to Grammarly the site that helps with grammar, so I turned it off. Hope this helps!
