What the h*** is this? Copy, delete in the directory, and the document will crash.
I tried to move the page to another document, which also caused the document to crash.
I often encounter this problem。
I've even deleted the whole body, leaving only this directory.
I disconnected the text from the style.
Priority is cleared.
This directory will still move and the document will crash!

Does it seem that the idml problem can be solved?
But this is a helpless way

It may be the problem caused by my non-standard operation. After some errors accumulate, my InDesign obviously slows down.
Or the software itself?
There are no fake Photoshop like plug-ins or scripts that clean up "element data"

I can see the issue as well.
Tried to move the first page of your supplied InDesign document to a new document.
Result: InDesign 2022 version 17.0.1.105 crashed.
What you can try and what is working for me:
Copy the text and not the text frame to a brand new document.
However, one thing was strange. I selected all the text of the story in your original document and there was a message that was totally new to me:
"Alle nicht funktionierenden Links im ausgewählten Text wurden entfernt."
"All not working links in the selected text were removed."
ExtendScript (JavaScript) says that this message can be translated to:
$ID/CorruptHyperlinkRemoved
So, the issue are currupt hyperlinks in the text.
Your Hyperlinks panel is empty, so I cannot tell what exactly is wrong with that document.
However, if I run a script to determine the number of hyperlinks in the document like that:
alert( app.documents[0].hyperlinks.length );
The result is: 987
You can download my InDesign document with the copied text from my Dropbox account:

Note: I also loaded all your styles like paragraph styles, character styles, object styles, table styles and cell styles.
Wheras I fear that not all cells styles could be imported. That may be due to the fact that you are working with a Japanese version of InDesign and I have a German one installed.

I wonder if there is any feasible solution.
Or, how did you solve it?
My current method is to convert the document to exchange format idml, which is OK.

"I wonder if there is any feasible solution."
Well, after that message I simply set up a new document, imported all styles from your document and finally copied the text to my new document. That's it.
