I have a booklet I'm working on. Each page is 8.5x11". I export it as a PDF and print from there. When printed, no matter if it's an individual page or spread, I find that text is cut off at the of the page. Can't tell if it's a margin issue, pdf issue, printing issue? I'd love some input if maybe my settings/presets are off.

Does the PDF look OK on-screen, before you print it?
If so, you might experiment with some of the "shrink-to-fit" or "scale-to-print" options. The key here is whether it looks good on the screen before you print it -- you might be running into "unprintable area" on the printer you're using. There's usually a fraction of an inch around all four sides of most printers that will get cut off if text extends into that unprintable area.
(P.S. There's a typo -- "speical" -- in the Albert Einstein quote. )

It looks before printed on the screen. I've tried, scale to fit in the printer options but doesn't work. This is very frustrating.

I think you left out a word: "It looks _________ before printed on the screen." How does it look?

Looks like the printer's bottom margin can't accommodate the content.
