Where did the Hyphenate option go?

The checkbox for hyphenate is not in the pragraph styles window. When I select the dropdown, it doesn't show "show options" . How do I get this back or has it moved?

I went to "show options" and it shows me hyphens, but not how to restore it to the panel.

Hyphenation appears from Paragraph panel drop down, I don't believe it ever appeared from the Paragraph Style drop down.
