White margin lines in InDesign

New Here ,

Whenever I work with margins and include items that bleed, the margin creates a white line on the bleeding object. How do I remove the white margin line without removing the margin? For instance, this document has a margin of 0.5in and I have added a black box that needs to bleed. When editing the page there is a white line where the margin is and when exporting (JPG, PDF, you name it) the white margin line also exports. I have included a screen shot. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I can't tell from the screen shot. It looks like the text frame has a white stroke and the line is an actual line. That's the only reason that I know of why it would print. If you can upload a copy of your file to something like Dropbox or Google Drive and paste a link, someone could look at it.

The layer color may be set to white. You can turn off the margin lines by going to View> Grids & guides> Hide guides, or Screen mode> Preview (w).

Are you adding a stroke or is it showing through the box?

one recommendation is to set the bleed in your printing set up. If you run package it will give you a clearer picture of adding a bleed & lets you know of any potential problems.
